Мед. термины проверить не могу, по протоколу сканирования комментарии - обычно пишут T1, T2, flair MRI reconstructions not projections. Так же существует 3 ортогональные проекции axial, sagittal, coronal. frontal не встречала но могу ошибиться. Но это все не критичные комментарии, думаю спец и оригинальое описание без проблем поймет, перевод технической части понятный.

In a series of T1 and T2 weighted MR images in axial, sagittal and front projections there were visualized infratentorial and supratentorial structures.
Brain midline structures are locally (in the front area) displaced to the left by 0.8 cm.
Cerebral cortex and alba are adequately developed. Left frontal lobe of the brain is characterized with the fibrous and osseous postoperative changes with stripe-like perifocal gliosis with the total size of up to 3,0x2,2x2,3 cm (without expressed dynamics in comparison with MR-imaging of 17.04.13). In the right frontal lobe of the brain (with the extension to splenium): up to 2,2x1,8x2,0 cm there was detected space-occupying mass: hyperintense in terms of T2, inhomogenous moderately hypohyperintense in terms of T1 and flair MR-signals, with sharp nodular contours. Apical to the left frontal lobe: up to 3.9x1.8x3.8 cm, in subarachnoid space there was detected a lenticular area: hyperintense in terms of T2, moderately hypointense in terms of flair, hypointense in terms of T1 MR-signals, with sharp even contours.
